• Appointments

  • I can only accept pre-booked appointments.

  • When booking an appointment with me, please ensure you tell me exactly what treatments you would like, so I can gauge timings and not overrun.

  • If you are visiting me for the first time, I will send you all the address information and directions, at the time of your appointment booking.

• Arrival at the salon

  • Please text when you arrive and I will come to greet you.

  • If you arrive early, I have a waiting area in the Coach House with facilities available if needed.

• Payment

  • Method of payment is by cash or bank transfer.

• Cancellation Policy

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice.

  • Any cancellation made less than 24 hours could result in a cancellation fee.
